The coolest Christmas gifts :-)

Produst of God is now releasing 2 new posters. Please check “I Would Say I Love You” (50x70 cm), based on typographic characters and the “Hollandaise Party” (80x60 cm), which is an hommage to Jerôme Bosch, hum sorry, Hieronymus Bosch. I would say this artwork represents a cool, relaxed orgy :-) Last day for ordering before Christmas is 15th December!

ColettexGap Tshirt

The trendiest French store Colette has been commissionned by Gap to set up a special one-month installation in a Gap concept store in New York City (54th and 5th Avenue). A group of Paris-based artists have come up with artworks that NYC artists have completed. Eric Elms and myself are one of the "dualists".

Überlove - Laurent&Lewis

This is not fresh news, because this record was released in April by Cherry Juice Recordings, but I can't help myself recommending the Laurent&Lewis CD – my favorite record of the year. I haven't stopped listenning to it since it's released. Available on iTunes. Beautiful artwork by Pierre Marly.

New Domestic products

Available trought Domestic website, many new vinyls, mirrors, wallpapers, etc! Perfect gift ideas for Christmas ;-)

Festival des Inrocks

I've been asked to design the poster of a festival set up by the French cultural magazine Les Inrocks (November 12 to 18).

Festival de Darnétal

On September 27, I've been invited by Fabrice HoudryYaralt to show some of the Food Chain artworks (Mu gallery in Eindhoven). For this occasion, a beautiful silkscreen book, "I love" has been published by Eugene & Pauline (see pics here). I'll make another post later with new photos of the book.

Colab eyewear

Right on time for the summer in the South Hemisphere, the Australian label Colab has just released a new range of sunglasses designed by various artists, like Perks & Mini and Geoff McFetridge. The one I designed is called Geometric, there's two more to come later. Along with the sunglass, you get an A2 poster and other cool extras.

Ado Sato

Few years ago, I had the great pleasure to work with Eko Sato on the French/Japanese small (by the format, not the content ;-) magazine Minimix. Her father, Edo Sato, is a very intersting "op art" artist. (Olivier, Thanks for the link!)

I've discoreved yesterday (through a TV show) the Inca flag: it's BEAUTIFUL.

Les Agents Associés

Yesterday I've been to the party organized by Les Agents Associés for the release of the 2 books dedicated to illustration and photography. The openbar was over-crowded but I was happy to be there to meet up some good friends and my super-agent Tiphaine ;-). (the second photo shows an illustration by Klaus Haapaniemi).

Barbapapa rule

It's already history but well… here are 2 tshirts I've made last year. One was created for the French magazine Les Inrockuptibles and the yellow one was made for Uniqlo (curated by Vasava in Barcelona).

If You Could

It's too late to buy my two-colour hand silk-screen printed artwork now but you can now buy the ones made by Anthony Burrill and Siggi Eggertsson. Also too late for Kate Gibb, Alex Trochut and Dan Mumford. Great work! Alex from If You could came to Paris to bring all the prints here so that I could sign them, we had a great time, really nice guy and the prints are beautiful.

Part of it

These ranges of t-shirts and tote bags have been designed for some charities chosen by the artists. If you buy these products through the Part of it website, the money goes to these causes. I've chosen the WWF because I feel ecological issues are more important than anything.

Just Want To Be Loved

Laurent&Lewis's new track is just perfect house music. It's now out on Cherry Juice records. Record cover artwork created by the most icelandic French graphic designer Pierre Marly.

Troll workshop at Transplant (Norway)

Transplant is a new place (“a platform”) located in Norway, in a fjord, I haven't been there yet but from what I've seen in the brochure you can download on the website, it just seems fantastic. I'm going to hold a workshop there in June 20. About trolls. I'm looking forward to it.

Food Chain at Mu (Eindhoven)

One week to go to see the Food Chain show at the Mu gallery in the Netherlands! Wall paintings, large posters, installations, animations: all unpublished works, don't miss it. You may regret it.

Day trip to London

Yesterday, I went to Lonfon to meet Greg Burne at Big Active. Greg suggested me to create a blog. Done! I'm always impressed by London's energy and dynamism, Paris looks very sleepy in comparison.
